Mr. Wright has over sixteen years experience in the trial of civil cases in the federal and state courts, including complex commercial litigation, construction claims, trusts and estates suits, landlord and tenant disputes, detinue actions and real property litigation (including quiet title actions, partition suits, boundary line disputes and the enforcement of restrictive covenants). He also has substantial experience in the drafting of construction contracts, real estate and business transaction documents and litigation and appellate pleadings.
