George H. Dygert and Kelly A. Hobbs routinely represent parents in child custody matters and Ms. Hobbs frequently serves as a Guardian ad litem appointed by the court to independently represent the interests of the children in custody proceedings.

It is often better to consult an attorney before you sign a contract than after the fact. We can assist you in drafting and negotiating any kind of contract.

CONSTRUCTION
We represent owners, contractors, architects and engineers in all aspects of construction projects, including the preparation of bid documents, contracts and subcontracts, working with construction lenders and surety companies, and the litigation and resolution of various claims and disputes, including delay claims, changed or defective work claims, nonpayment claims and claims on performance and payment bonds.

ESTATE PLANNING
We prepare wills, trusts, advanced medical directives, powers of attorney and other documents which assist our clients in planning for their lives and effectuating their intent for distributing their assets after death.

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Our attorneys provide legal services to and may agree to serve as executors or administrators of estates to assist families during the probate process.

COLLECTIONS
