Ms. Hernandez is the newest addition to Dygert, Wright, Hobbs and Heilberg, PLC.
Since her licensure in 2008, Ms. Hernandez has created a practice that focuses on
traffic cases, misdemeanor defense, custody and visitation, protective orders, child
support, adoption, separation agreements, divorce and estate planning. She is
currently expanding into the civil areas of estate administration, petitions to be
conservator and/or guardian, contract litigation, and civil claims. Ms. Hernandez is
qualified and serves as a Guardian ad litem for adult incapacitated persons. She is
fluent in Spanish. La Sra. Hernandez habla español.
